NOTICE: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PAYING THIS INVOICE, YOU REPRESENT AND AGREE THAT

YOU ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE.

YOU ARE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDLING ONLINE PURCHASES USING A VERIFIED ACCOUNT.

YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO OWNS THE PAYPAL  ACCOUNT, CREDIT CARD, AND/OR BANK ACCOUNT AND ARE AUTHORIZED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

WILL COMPLY WITH, AND BE BOUND BY, THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS OF SERVICE”).

CHARGEBACKS AND NON-CONSENSUAL REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED

By commissioning me, you hereby read and agree to faeartsstuff T.O.S.

Section 1 - Service

One slot per person at a time.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE under any circumstance. Harassment, threats, “stalk”, disparagement,  ridicule, and scorn will result in being blacklisted PERMANENTLY.

I WILL NOT DRAW racist, offensive and/or controversial artwork, drug uses,  graphic fetishes, and/or pornographic material.

I DO NOT WORK OUTSIDE MY STYLE. My prices are made based on my years of experience and skill within my style. I DO NOT DO REALISM. I typically do not draw human / fully human subjects but that can be discussed as long as you are ok with them in my style

DO NOT REQUEST A STYLE YOU HAVE NOT SEEN ME DO IN THE PROVIDED PORTFOLIO

I WILL DRAW tasteful nudity. 

Section 2- Usage

Do not claim or distribute my artwork(s).

Commissioned work cannot be used for commercial uses without a contract.

All commissioned artwork will be uploaded publicly ( Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc) (the post will be the  finished work and be placed in my portfolio)

The artwork will be made into additional content with the purchaser’s permission (ex: the painting process, the commission process as well as any other content I might make about the work)

You may re-upload the artwork as long as you credit me under the name “faeartsstuff” with a link to any of the following websites above this document.

I will not be held responsible for lost or replaced artwork in my gallery.

Section 3 - Payment

NO REFUNDS. Work will only be refunded if I am unable to complete the artwork under any circumstances.

Payment must be made first before I start the artwork.

Chargebacks and/or non-consensual refunds are not permitted and WILL RESULT IN YOU BEING BLACKLISTED PERMANENTLY AND NAME DROPPED ON ALL PUBLIC SITES AS A WARNING.

If you would like your artwork to be done in less than 3-5 weeks then you must pay an extra $40+ (1 week minimum)for rushed order (price may vary depending on complexity) to complete the artwork UNDER MY APPROVAL. This will put you as a top priority. Rush order must be stated before the invoice is sent.

The price listed in the tier and a supply price will be the initial payment there are 2 other payment requests one being to cover your shipping cost. The work will not be sent until the final payment is sent. I do not control shipping costs shipping is determined by many factors outside of my control.

Section 4 - Artwork Process

With the exception of "Wing-it" commissions, you will only get TWO FREE MAJOR REVISIONS for the sketch or lining stage. Additional revisions will be charged according to the amount of change that is required to your satisfaction.

You are provided multiple updates throughout the whole process.

Your contact information MUST BE ACTIVE as communication is crucial for the artwork process.

“WING-IT” COMMISSIONS: Wing-It commissions are without revisions. All descriptions and references are to be stated upon ordering. The artwork will start after FULL payment aside from shipping costs.  You will be provided thumbnail sketches to select from.

Section 5 - information

After you’ve filled out the initial commission info form and if I decide to accept you will be provided an additional  form and a timeline for work as well as a list of updates you will be provided throughout the entire commission process and when payments are required

If you do not agree to these Terms, THEN you are not allowed to commission me.

T.O.S. is subject to change without notice. Some exceptions may apply.
